But for high-end brand furniture and other things we advise you connect with company’s team and get the issue sorted. High-end items may involve complex tools and unique processes which our team may not necessarily be equipped to handle

Yes we use a wide range of digital apps to make the experience hassle-free for clients. You can track status your goods on your mobile phone. However, we do keep you posted at regular intervals to prepare you to get ready to receive them at the destination.

Best Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd offers a free cancellation policy. There is no risk whatsoever and you don’t lose anything when you cancel your booking. To alter the date of moving you have to inform the dedicated team member or manager whose details are given in the confirmation email you have received from us. Upon receiving your request and speaking to you if necessary, the team member or manager will reschedule the date based on the availability of slots

Inflammable items, gas cylinder, plants, paints, oils, are some of the items that we prefer not to move in keeping with the safety of our customers, drivers, loaders, transit vehicles and the most important public at large. We’re willing to move potted plants but don’t take guarantee for their safety (breakage)
